Bank Residential Care Workers

We are looking for experienced Residential Care Workers to join our bank team for our Ofsted and CQC provisions for children and young adults with learning disabilities. We are looking for individuals who can pick up shifts across all of our homes in Kettering and Rushden.

 

We have various hours available on a weekly basis including earlys, lates, long days and waking night shifts.

 

Hourly rates:

Day shifts: £9.00

Waking Night: £9.50

 

You will be required to deliver high standards of care and support to our young people ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional and recreational development.

 

Experience of working with children and/or adults who have a learning disability within a residential care setting is desirable. You will also ideally have a full UK driving licence.

Waking Night Residential Care Worker

We are looking for experienced Waking Night Residential Care Workers for our provisions for children and younger adults with learning disabilities in Kettering and Rushden, working 21:30-08:00 across a two week rolling shift pattern.

 

Week One:

Monday

Tuesday

Friday

Saturday

Sunday

 

Week Two:

Wednesday

Thursday

 

You will be required to deliver high standards of care and support to the young adults within our care, ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional and recreational development.

 

Experience of working with children and/or adults who have a learning disability within a residential care setting is desirable. You will also ideally have a full UK driving licence.

 

Candidates must be willing to work towards the Level 3 in Adult Care and The Care Certificate.

 

Salary: £9.50 per hour (£99.75 per night) with additional company benefits.
