Senior Residential Care Worker

We are looking for experienced Senior Residential Care Workers for our Ofsted provision for children and young people with learning disabilities in Kettering, working 140 hours per month across varied shifts between 07:30-21:45, including every other weekend.

You will be required to deliver high standards of care and support to our young people ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional and recreational development.
Experience of working within a senior capacity with children and/or adults who have a learning disability within a residential care setting is desirable as is experience of keyworker responsibilities, attending professionals meetings and leading shifts. You will also ideally have a full UK driving licence.

Candidates must be willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

£10.50 per hour with additional company benefits.
