We are looking for an experienced Team Leader for our brand new 16 plus provision for younger adults with learning disabilities in Rushden, working 140 hours per month across varied shifts between 07:30-21:30, including every other weekend.
You will be required to deliver high standards of care and support to the young adults within our care, ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional and recreational development.
You will ideally have 2+ years’ experience in a senior position as either a Team Leader or Deputy Manager within a learning disability residential setting and will come from adult services with sound knowledge of CQC requirements.
Candidates must be willing to work towards the Level 3 in Adult Care and The Care Certificate plus further continued professional development.
Salary: £11.50 per hour with additional company benefits.
